When not in use i remove the changer and screw in some plugs to keep crap out of the hole.
Removing concrete floor anchors.
The removal of traditional mechanical concrete anchors can be time consuming and leave the floor damaged.
Remove the anchor bolt from the concrete by turning the bolt counterclockwise with the socket.
You may need to drill holes into the plate and use a hammer to chip away at it.

One alternative is to hammer the remaining portion of the anchor further into the hole which can damage the surface.

Review typically the anchors are cut off flush with the floor which leaves the floor dotted with anchors.
Step 2 bend the anchor plate.
Using your strength press down on the anchor plate to bend as much of it upward as possible.
I put some read head drop in anchors in my garage floor for my hf tire changer.

Next push downwards on the plating in order to turn it up you will need a bit of strength for this.
The only way to remove one without damaging the base material is by cutting off the head of the anchor.
Once set the anchor cannot be removed without damaging the concrete.
Use pliers to get a better grip.
