Scribing Skirting Board Uneven Floor

When you are scribing a worktop back to an uneven wall the counter would likely need to have an overhang of around 20mm from the face of the cabinet doors.

Dry fit the skirting board. Sand the bevel away to create a level cut at the marked line with sandpaper. This means fitting one board by butting it straight into the corner then cutting the next one in to match the exact profile so it fits perfectly up against the first.
