Samsung Control Panel Not Working

I purchased my high end samsung dishwasher on 10 31 2018 during that time i have experienced the exact same problem that several others have reported that the control panel touch pad progressively fails over time.

Just like others upon the initial failure of the control panel touch pad i tur. Earlier i heard a pop and my electricity blinked for a second. Looking at answered by a verified appliance technician. Signal on off button not working and several other keys on key pad not working properly.

4 just had a power outage that messed everything up on our samsung. A panel that s blank or doesn t display correctly might need a power cycle while a panel that doesn t respond at all could be due to a setting or accessory.
