You can not place reinforcement after warping. At any point in time you can remove all shape edits to your floor by use of the reset shape function. Is there anyway of making a floor slab that has a constant even flat bottom face that s easy enough but with a sloped top. For example a slab that starts as a 200mm thick and slopes tapers down to 150mm thick. This is not modifying sub elements to change the surface. There does not seem to be a way to edit those points with autodesk revit lt.
