Small cracks are normal in a garage floor. As the fill is injected it foams up and solidifies raising the concrete as it does so. In many cases a sunken garage floor can also be repaired by the contractor. Small and medium cracks can be patched by a concrete repair contractor.

Helical piers can support hundreds of thousands of pounds so your garage will be well supported. To fix sinking and settlement foundations we use helical piers.
